Since meeting Julia my daily routine of breakfast cereal and milk, or yogourt if I’m feeling fancy, has been replaced by bread with butter and jam as well as multiple yogourt types. I enjoy it equally and it ties me over until lunch better than cereal did but sometimes it just takes a little too long to pull everything out of the fridge and cupboard. Sometimes I want 10 second prep and 10 second clean up.
This morning we didn’t have any bread or yogourt so I looked online for a simple and quick pancake recipe. I’m often disappointed but this one was quick, easy and quite good:
Servings: Breakfast for a family of 3-4.
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 1-2 minutes per pancake
